I just want more confidence?
Confidence is the key emotion that escapes the majority of my clients. Over the past 5 years I have developed my “Cool Confidence” program to address just that topic.
I believe that there are 5 behaviours to perfect and harmonise to create a greater awareness of confidence. With trusted coaching methods we assist you in finding your confidence, both in life and business, as well as strategies to keep it topped up.
Why do I need to change?
This is a destination that you must want and arrive at on your own. If you feel your performance in life and business waning, it may be time to consider some change. At Stairway to Dreams, we can guide you on the right course to arrive at your destination.

Is my language important?
Language conveys thought and can inspire action. It is how we share our vision and tell our story. Subconsciously, language can equally inspire you to inaction and break down your confidence. Phrases like, “I can’t,” or “I won’t,” will lead you to that very result. We always encourage you to transform these phrases to “I can!” and “I will!”. This intentional shift can have equally transformative results.
Do I need the 6-month program?
An individual’s commitment to change and transformation is not achieved overnight, it is the result of a journey. It has taken you a few years to arrive where you are today therefore it will take a little time to gain strength and clarity to remain on your new chosen path of change.
There will be shiny distractions and they will attempt to capture your focus and take you off the path you have chosen. Sandy is your life’s guide: coaching and directing you to remain focussed and achieve your desired result of sustainable and lasting change. You will gain tools that will continue to serve you long after coaching has ceased.
Do I need to see you every week?
Yes. The initial stages of your program in many ways are the most vital, as we analyse and affect some fast changes to help point you in the right direction, and to make sure those mind muscles are conditioned. At the 8 week stage we discuss the frequency of future sessions and if you are ready to commit to change. the changes that you have already implemented and the frequency of your future sessions. Your 6 month session includes a maximum of 24 sessions.
